- Hereby I authorise the use of my personal data byPark World Tour Italia Società Sportiva Dilettantistica s.r.l. in Italy and abroad according to Italian Law on Privacy n° 675/96 and following update.
- Signing this form I expressely declare to exonerate the organisationPark World Tour Italia Società Sportiva Dilettantistica s.r.l. from any responsibility (and also from any damage which could happen) before, during and after the events.
- I declare I have a medical certificate that states my good health for orienteering competition in according with Italian decree and that I have sent a copy of my medical certificate by email to the organisers of the event or handed a copy at the Event centre. NOTE: following the Italian regulations, a medical certificate is ONLY needed for FISO members
- I authorise Park World Tour Italia Società Sportiva Dilettantistica s.r.l. to public the pictures of me taken during this event, with the aim of the promotion of this event on the website and on the social media, and for the archive of this event.
- I declare I have a personal insurance which cover myself before, during, and after the races.
- In case of cancellation of the event and the activities connected (accommodations, busses ect.), the entry fees will not be refunded. Each participants shall get an own insurance in order to be refunded by the insurance company
- I have an travel insurance in case of cancellation of the trip and a medical insurance with full coverage
- I agree that my personal data will be stored and used only for the management of the event registration as described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy
